2013 XLT Tow Hitch Bumper Cover?

My 2013 XLT has a towing package and the receiver for the tow hitch is quite exposed in a large cutout in the bumper. Is there any sort of vanity cover for these to conceal this large opening? The spare tire is visible as well.

I use the WeatherTech bump step to cover the hole and protect the rear of both our Gen 3s from parking space / lot asshats, but that may not suit you. Couple of links to companies that appear to provide an actual cover. One looks like they will provide the part finish painted to match your vehicle, the other appears to be bare part only. Disclaimer: I have not used either company, so do your homework.
