2015 expedition heating and cooling que

Thanks for the view, im sure these questions have been answered, but can't find them.
First is when putting my front vent settings on upper vent, or max air , it clicks and clicks until I put it on floor or defrost, it will do fine on any combo other than just face, is this blend door actuator problem, recirc door problem or something else.
Also on my rear blower, my resistor keeps going bad, is this a sign of blower going bad or just a crap resistor ? Connectors look good.

When the clicking happens when adjusting where air comes out, then its most likely the blend door actuator. My rear one did it, i replaced the motor and doing it again. Don't know if I care enough to fix it again.

Crappy resistor. motor receives signal from resistor.
