2015 Rear hvac works/rear controls not on screen

My 2015 Expedition KR will not blow air out of the rear vents unless it is set to the rear controls. As soon as I turn the rear controls off and try to run it from the front screen air stops coming out of the vents but the blower continues to run.
Front control module for the heater and vented seats was replaced today. It thought that was the issues because the heated/vented seats quit working around the same time. Thank you

Been too long since I have played with Sync2 and a 3rd gen combo. Does the rear settings in the front screen include an auto setting? If it does, if you take it off Auto, does the behavior change? Any issues with the Front Zones? Do they behave like they should when controlling them from the Sync Screen?
