The left-hand rear seat of our 2015 Expedition will not lower when pulling the cargo mode handle. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it? Thanks!

Have you tried sitting in the seat and pushing it back to check if it's not locked all the way back?

I tried that and it does not move.

After closer examination I found the cargo mode lever did work - I just wasn't pulling it hard enough. I was about to remove the seat from the car and noticed that the cable from the lever was taught (if something were broken it would have been loose).
