I ended up changing both belts, the coolant, the tranny fluid and serviced the differential. Left the water pump and Tstat.
Just had to change the drivers side power running board actuator (Limited 2WD SWB). Went with an aftermarket part. I had to change the pax side last October so I've had to change both now. Hopefully I don't get burned on the aftermarket parts. They werrless than half the price for the Ford part, almost a third actually. .
