2017 Expedition KEYLESS one touch driver window regulator bounce back won't reset.

I have a 2017 Expedition EL Limited with KEYLESS start. I have seen most forums respond to the keyed posts but not keyless posts.
We changed out the driver door window regulator and it now has the bounce back. We did the window one touch hold down 2 seconds up 2 seconds attempt HOWEVER, when we put the window up to hold it, it bounces back instantly so we can't do the 2 second hold.
NOTE: we can not do the turn key 5 times to off either since this is keyless start.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Without your foot on the brake, push the button twice to get to run. This is "key on"
