Thanks everyone for the replies. I do have the enhanced park aid turned on and my "preview" looks the same as yours with the colored lines. Today I unhooked the battery for about 15 minutes in the hope it would "reboot" everything. No such luck.

I think I'll be taking into the dealership. As someone above said, without the lines, the camera isn't nearly as effective.

Quick update in case anyone else has similar issues- I had to the expedition to the dealership and they ended up re-installing software and now it works fine!
