2019 Expedition sync 3 doesn't update

Has anyone experienced sync 3 not updating. Lagging 5 days. Have used scanning prompt and suggests try at your convenience. Able to update on my Fordpass but not on app in vehicle. Have had no issues using Wi-Fi at my home to connect to updates without any issues up till now. Anyone have had similar issues and fixes.

Yes it did finally updated. Seems to show 3.0 sync version build 20204 product. Thank you.

How do you read the sync date? I used to remember but cannot. I have a sync 3.0.23219
