Hi All,
I have a 2020 Expy Max Limited and I have noticed that the inside lamination, Soundscreen, is blistering, wrinkling and peeling. I understand there is a recall for this, but it doesn't seem to apply to my model.
What can I do next?
I do have an extended Ford warranty, but I don't know if things like this are covered. Also, I reached out to my salesman and he said he'll check with the service dept. Has Ford ever expanded a recall to include different years that have the same issue in which the recall was created?
