Will Do!
I bought a new Ford king ranch expedition from Waldorf Ford in MD. It was k er the phone as they had the model I wanted. It was driven up to Maine. I traded in my VW touareg. I drove it to Boston the next day, July 21. It had about 800 miles in it. It began to vibrate in Boston ans the check engine light came in blinking. It did that three times and then the light stayed on. I got it to one dealership who said they couldn’t look at it for weeks, and that the Waldorf Ford should take care of it. Ofcourse Waldorf Ford was too far away. But I tried to get Ford to tow it to Maine so atleast it would be where I’m living. They would not. Basically after dropping almost 100k for the car ans extras to make sure I wouldn’t be stranded, I was stranded. No one did anything. I got to my moms apartment. The next day I got it to a dealership in Needham Ma. They , after heat begging, said they would just plug it in. I needed to make sure it was drivable to Maine as I needed to be back Friday the 23. It showed as a 2nd cylinder misfire. But everything was checked and it looked great. The car is brand new. Anyway, I was happy, started to drive it away into another malfunction in the middle of rush hour traffic. It was shaking so hard even in park. With hazards on, I slowly got it back to Muzi Ford in Needham Mass where it sits today. I have opened cases, I have called everyone, I had finally got a dealership in Maine to help me with a loaner. I’m paying for it as of now…and won’t have it after the 6. Ford has done nothing. Won’t fix it, won’t look at it, won’t tow it to where another dealership could and said they would….Waldorf Ford isn’t doing anything. This is a 100k car. And I paid for most of it already. Why is this happening?
