I just did the ford performance one because it looked better, but I did need to trim the passenger side back corner to make it fit

Just bought a 2021 Limited Max this week, and was really surprised when I opened the hood when we got home. Ordered the Ford Performance cover. I know the other one is cheaper, but I like the red on that one!

What is the part number for just the nuts or does anyone know the size and threads needed maybe they could be found at lowes? I just got the ford performance cover for my 2018 f150 2 weeks ago and a couple of days ago bought a new 2021 expedition and noticed it did not have an engine cover now im thinking of using this cover on it instead if I can find nuts. Has anyone had any issues with the ford performance cover on their expedition?

W520201-S450B is the part number listed with the cover on the Ford parts sites. It's all supposed to be here tomorrow, so I will let you know if I got the right thing.

Fits perfectly on my 2021. No trimming. Just slid it in the hooks on the back and tightened it down. And the correct nuts are W520201-S450B. I ordered it from Fairway Ford. Great service!

Thank you so much on Ford Expedition Forum. I ordered engine cover from Ford Performance (KR7Z-6A949-A) and Nuts (W520201-S450B). It fits perfectly my Expedition 2021.

With this cost cutting, I think in 10 years we will be paying extra for tires!

Some already are. It's become the norm to leave the spare out of a lot of crossovers, so you would have to pay extra if you wanted one.

Engine covers are often a "first year" item for Ford. The 2007 had a cover; 2008 and up did not. The 2020 has a cover; 2021 does not. Dressing them up for the press photos.

I just picked up my ‘21 last week. I opened the hood over the weekend and realized it’s missing the cover, too. I called the dealer today and they ordered me one, no charge [as it should be].
