Looks always end up growing on you. I would have to sit in it to make a decision. I’m 6’2” of muscle fat at 300lbs. The Expy is so roomy, even more so than my new AlumiDuty or old 16’ F150 on the same body platform and way more comfortable to drive. And I love the Ecobeast.

Here are a few pics... Front end definitely looks more similar to the pickups than the current Tahoe/Suburban. Never have been a fan of the squared off wheel arch openings. Car & Driver is reporting that the 3.0 Duramax will be offered as well as the 6.2 and 5.3 V8's.

I had higher expectations on the 2021 design... it just dosnt look new on the outside , its almost like a new face-lift version. Im glad I didn't wait for this new "Face-lift Version" and got my 19 Expedition Stealth instead!!! Im feeling GOOD!

I have not seen payload or towing capacities anywhere. Where they mentioned?
Good point. While I had an older suburban (09), and really liked the new suburban (last years model) the Expedition just seemed better all round, with a better payload.

I don’t think GM can afford to change too many things on the Suburban, especially the classic V8 design.

Why would anyone want to go with a smaller (sic) engine in a big truck?! /s

Not very strong competition to the expedition. I do like the 10inch infotainment display though.

I like the size, I don't like the placement. I just hate those infotainment screens that look like ipads stuck on top of the dash because they couldn't be arsed to actually do a complete dash redesign to fully incorporate it properly (like in the RAM for example)
