Finally completed the installation and alignment of the ReadyLift 3/2 Leveling Kit with the CCD suspension, along with Nitto Recon Grappler tires. The rear wheels now sit perfectly centered within the wheel wells, and the tires measure around 34.5", fitting without any clearance issues with the power running boards. The only slight rubbing occurs on the front passenger wheel at full right turn lock, lightly brushing against the wheel well liner – minor enough that trimming isn't necessary.

Parts Used:
- Lift Kit: ReadyLift 3/2 Lift Kit for CCD (SKU: 69-2831)
- Tires: Nitto Recon Grapplers LT285/55R22
- Wheels: Black Rhino Kunene 2222x9.5
- Additional Rear Suspension Components: Extended lower trailing arms, tie rods, and upper control arms (ensuring proper centering of the rear wheels and alignment) all from Rough Country.

Please refer to the pictures below for a detailed view of the parts, including part numbers.

Important Installation Tip:

The instructions do not mention the need to rotate the rear struts, which is essential since the ReadyLift spacers rotate the struts 180 degrees. This same adjustment was required on kits for my previous 2015 and 2016 models. Additionally, I recommend using a high-quality set of spring compressors with a bracket to prevent twisting during installation.

Overall, the installation was straightforward, taking approximately five hours to complete.

Do you think you could use the extended trailing arms to center rear wheels on a 2” lift that was already installed? Can that be done without removing the rear struts?

Very cool, I already have a hard enough time finding garages I can fit in, so unfortunately this rig is staying stock (height wise anyways). But looks great.

How’s the ride now with the lift on compared to stock? Debating on doing this exact same thing to the wife’s 24’ limited SPP. Or trying to lower rear.

With the hellwig sway bars, it actually feels tighter than factory. Obviously the suspension is a little stiffer due to the suspension being compressed more than factory, but I don't think it's bad at all.

What brand/model power running boards have you installed? I just tried to have some from Rough Country installed but the doors dragged across the top of the boards with them in the up position. The installer called Rough Country who told them to send the kit back in for replacement b/c the motors were retracting too far in the up position. Rough Country is the only brand I know that has a model specifically for 18-24 Expeditions.

The factory power boards were not an option on the Timberlines, unfortunately. And trying to add the factory boards to a vehicle that did not come with them is a bit of an ordeal from what I've read. Rough Country's have a limited lifetime warranty at least so if a motor goes bad they should replace it.
