2023 dash infotainment label bug?

Brand new 2023 -- I've got 6k miles on it now and it's had this problem for ?? I just noticed it at about 2k.

Does this have anyone thinking "oh that's easy, just check this wire" or is this a software bug or...???

Typically on cars/trucks I can fix most things but this one is probably on the bus or software so am I stuck?

Hope the video comes through.

Every time the song changes labels, it comes through for a split second then truncates to ~18-19 characters?!

Is it happening on every station? I am following the broadcast industry and RDS. It is a known hassle for the broadcasters to meet expectations of every vehicle receiver on the market. I would call the local station and ask to speak with engineer if they have one.

Happens:
Not on the center dash display - only on the driver dash display
On every station using android auto and it's output, FM stations -- same behavior. Flashes, then disappears

The flashing happens EVERY time the display changes value -- just as the video shows
