There is check no engine light on and I just got the car back from the dealer on Wednesday. Today is Saturday. They lied to my face about the other issues and now the car has more issues after I took it back from the dealer.

The heated mirror codes could definitely be related to the electrical odor especially if some part of the circuit burned up. As far as the oil odor is concerned I'd circle back to the pcv system and air filter. The filter should not be loaded with oil.

It’s throwing a purge valve failure under MODE 6. Could this be the reason for the exhaust fumes entering the cabin?

I installed new filters after I found all that oil on them. I checked the filters after I got the car back from the dealer to make sure they’re the same ones as I marked them. Currently no oil residue on the filters but somehow some sort of exhaust or engine fumes enter the cabin frequently from the front vents only. It only lasts for around 15-30 seconds but frequently. I hope I don’t pass out one of these days and cause a very bad accident. I get headaches on the daily.

I really can’t believe this is happening in America and I’ve never in my life been in situation like this where a very large brand name doesn’t stand behind its product and make it right.

It's highly unlikely they purge valve is causing the smell. That is related to the charcoal canister on the fuel system evaporative emissions control and you've made no mention of fuel odors. Also the check engine light would most likely be on if you had a purge issue. It's not uncommon for cars to have what I call phantom fault codes. I saw this all the time at the dealer and most of your codes probably are this since you have no warning on. I would look for signs of leaks under the hood, especially around the manifolds and turbos since oil burning off brings odor to a much higher level. I'd also look for disconnected hoses.

Car is going in today to a different dealer. Based on my family and some customers I drove the smell is like mold not fried wires. The car is useless at the moment. I can’t work with it at all due to the mold smell.

How does this happen the day after I get the car from the dealer complaining about clunks and exhaust fumes which the dealer cannot replicate. I strongly believe at this point this was done by the dealer the car was at last time!
