Just picked up a 24 King Ranch Expedition. Came from a 2020 F150 KR. Like the vehicle but now dealing with the dreaded vibration issue. Hope Gary Yeomans in Daytona can resolve the issue. Had it balanced,RFB'd and now ordered new Generals.:rolleyes:

Was the vibration issue present when you test drove the vehicle before purchase?

The "loop" and the highway were busy due to Xmas traffic etc. Never really got it over 50mph. Took it for granted that my ex 2020 F150 KR was smooth that this one would not be an issue. On top of it just got a Carfax update and it shows it's been balanced at the dealer of origin also. will point that out to the service manager this morning. Scheduled for tire replacement Tuesday per Ford warranty procedures.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but this seems like a lame excuse & a massive failure on your part :D

This should have been a red flag from the moment you got the report, which should have been BEFORE purchase, not after, and once again, another failure on your part....

Did you NOT question why the original dealer had to balance it, was it just routine/pre-sale maintenance, or because of the problem you are now experiencing, and if so, did you ask what, if anything, was done to correct it ?

Sounds like a lot of iffy things going on here...so perhaps you can elaborate a bit on the situation....

A. Were you so desperate to buy the vehicle that you rushed into it without doing your due diligence ?
B. Were you pushed into buying it by some pushy A-hole of a salesman/sales mgr ?
C. Did you make the utterly disastrous mistake of blindly trusting everything the salesman/dealership told you about it ?

A little clarity would be nice, but good luck with getting the issue(s) corrected asap :D

I gotta be missing something on these posts. The OP made this post in January. Other posts by the OP indicate that problem was resolved with a tire swap by the dealer. If he is referring to the "loop road" it can be a ***** to get any speed. Heck, part of it is 20MPH due to the sharp curves and very narrow roadway.
Oh, your right it is harsh, overly harsh.

Well, maybe I'm the one who missed something, as I see nothing to indicate that the issue was actually resolved, only that the Dealership agreed to replace the tires, which may or may NOT have resolved the issue...

As for the loop road thing, if they knew or discovered that it was busy, why not choose an alternate route that was less busy, where they could have gotten a better test drive ?

As for my harshness, I call 'em like I see (read) 'em... and the OP's words of "I took it for granted" is one reason why I said what I did.....

sorry, not sorry, hahaha
