2024 Transmission jerking/rough transition between gears when starting from a lower speed. Dealer said it's related to adaptive learning.... Anyone else have this issue? Did the dealer's adaptive learning fix resolve it or was it a transmission replacement ultimately?

This is correct way to start troubleshooting with the resetting of the adaptive learning.
You can do it yourself with FORScan. (there is a whole section on FORScan in 4th Gen)

I struggled with the adaptive learning on the 10R80. Even with a trans tune, with adaptive learning enabled it ended up never quiet feeling solid/good. Made the decision on a whim to disable the adaptive learn and reset the trans. Loaded my custom tune and man, it's night and day, it shifts firm and as expected and doesn't feel like it's trying to guess my next move all the time, like it did with adaptive learning enabled.

I've been running over a year with the adaptive learning disabled and there have been no ill affects from turning that feature off.

Defiantly interested in this,
Did you try it at all with stock tune?
Never tried it with the stock tune but have reset the stock tune on numerous occasions and it definitely shifts better right after a reset. If the theory holds, you should be able to reset the adaptive learning on the stock tune, then disable it, and it should be good to go.

I have a daily/tow tune for the trans and a performance tune for the trans that never skips gears. There's some programing done to lockup the converter at different times vs the stock tune, on my custom tunes as well.
