No idea I'll post when I knowDo you know what tires they are using? That's gonna be very important.
Yes they haveJust to be clear…..the dealer HAS test driven it AND confirmed the issue is present as you describe it? Devils advocate. I imagine they get many people complaining of things that aren’t so. Example….my father in law had a z71 tahoe and couldn’t understand why, when in 4x4 hi, it would bind and chatter when turning tight on pavement. Kept taking it in. Dealer couldn’t figure out how to tell him that it was working as it should and that he was feeling a 4x4 engaging and trying to turn tires the same speed while going around a turn where outside and inside spin at different rates.
That's too funny. Good thing i'm not ready to buy anything new in this realm. I love that B.S. response, I've had cars sit over a year and never have noticeable flat spots. If in fact that's the case, stop using such crap materials on your $80k+ vehicles to reallocate that dollar savings to profitability.I have a Platinum plus on order and the build has been delayed now until August due to this known issue. I was given the option to go with 22’s and it could be built ASAP and would be given a little over a thousand dollars off the vehicle due to smaller wheels. Supposedly they are changing tire brands if i wait for the 24’s in August. We shall see. I almost lost it when i read that statement Ford put out for a fix. Change driving habits to drive vehicle everyday to prevent flat spots.
