Why did ford NOT offer the Cooled Seats in my 2025 Active. I live in Texas and have never owned a ford that did not have Cooled Seats, at Least in the Front two seats

well, you know what that word really means, right ?so I just assumed
Is your 11 expy an xl, xlt or limited though? Every mainstream vehicle has a entry level trim. Every vehicle in This class has an entry level trim that doesnt include cooled seats. The active is essentially the old xl trim, with the base platinum/tremor becoming the xlt trim. There are some luxury vehicles that doesnt include ventilated seats as std equipment. I have learned, if your gonna spend upwards of 50k+ for a vehicle to do all the pertinent research. I "assumed" and was told by the sales rep that the 18 expys came standard with led strips on the headlights and only the bulbs were different, so i ordered without them. At the time, ford didnt release info on the other trims outside of the platinum, so i ordered before I could see one inperson. Then I found out after they didnt, and they couldn't be replaced either. And like OP, I leased the car and had no way of switching to a new car (which i know now is a lie, you can swap out a lease). From then on, i make sure every vehicle im interested in i research and do a build using the order guide, not the website. Sorry that you were guided wrong, but at the same time, the order guide has been out for a while and I wouldn't be surprised if the convo was had on here that the active took away features from the older years.well, you know what that word really means, right ?
Guessing will make an "ass" out of "you & me", hahahaha
But anyways, I find it hard to imagine a high-end SUV NOT having cooled seats nowadays, especially considering the $$ involved !
Hell, even my trusty old '011 has them, as well as heated ones too....
Mine is an EL Limited, and I did my research before buying it, so I was fully aware of what I was getting AND not getting, which wasn't much tbh, but as this discussion shows, stuff that was basically standard equipment on the older models was segmented out to the various trim levels as the years moved on towards what we have now.Is your 11 expy an xl, xlt or limited though? I find it very weird as well. I am coming from a 23' stealth limited that had both, but my 202a active just has heated.
I find it very odd too that with everything the 202a came with in the 25' it was basically just missing that and phone as a key.
Which is also very strange because on the website it lists all 2025 expeditions for having pask. No model mentioned like the others lol.
can't wait to watch the platinums get BC 1.5 only... watch.
