I've found service even at Lexus has gone downhill pretty bad over the past year. $100k for an LS500 and the dealer is starting to act like Ford was with the Expedition. Constantly creating new small issues whenever we take the car in for something and ignoring issues.
Maybe they all go to the same industry meetings and take the 'how to pretend' seminar together.
