Im looking at putting 295/70/18 or 285/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on a stock Timberline. Has anyone tried to go as large as 295/70/18 and does it rub? Would love to see pictures if you have either of those sizes.

Thanks!

I run 285/70 R18s of aftermarket wheels (+12mm offset versus stock 39mm offset) with zero rubbing issues. 295s would be close but probably not rub on normal driving. You would probably have issues upon flexing in certain situations.

Picture shows stock in the rear versus aftermarket in the front.IMG_2423.jpeg

I've been running 295/70/18 Recon Grapplers on stock Timberline wheels. Zero rubbing.

Amazingly difficult to find information on the stock tires. What is the tire height on the stock tires?

Also what is the width of the stock rims?

Stock Goodyear tires are ~33".

OEM wheels are 18x8.5" 39mm as per the stamp on the wheel itself.
