I'm sure more sidewall would help with absorbing more road imperfections, but you also loose turning/ handling response with a larger sidewall. So what is the best combination? I feel Expedition top setup is by far the best ride I have every had across all vehicles. That takes in account the power, torque and shifting.

I'm guessing you want true hands free driving? Because the 360 Assist and lane keeping in my 2022 Expedition 304a and my 2024 Raptor R work GREAT for "almost" hands free. It goes around bends in the roads and holds the lane well (without bumping off the lines). You can let go of the wheel but it will remind you to hold the wheel again.
Those are some nice vehicles - 2 fast Ford trucks and 2 Shelby Mustangs. I hope you have a big enough garage for all 4.

Our 3-car Garage only has room for 2022 Expedition XLT and 2016 Focus ST ....the 2013 F-150 STX 5.0L is out in the driveway.

Thank you. Unfortunately I only have a 1 car garage, but one Shelby is always in an off-site garage (my office). The trucks sit out. The Expedition is a lease and will sadly be leaving in a few months. This is my Instagram if you want to see more https://www.instagram.com/superstallionsfastfords

All I can tell you is that my Expy SPP non CCD with HD trailer tow and eLSD has a hard suspension. You’ll notice every little bump without the CCD. However, if you find one that has the eLSD get it! I think it is the best option to get on the Expy.
So make sure exactly what Expy to get as the shocks, swaybars, rear axle, final drive ratio and springs are different depending on what the configuration is.
For example, mine is a SPP with the Hd trailer tow non CCD. It’s almost as hard as my GT500 on a lowered Eibach suspension.
I have pretty much the same truck as you with one exception, CCD. Also w/sport tuning susp. ELSD and 4x4 imo are the only way to go. It seems more planted than the non CCD imo, one again.
