98 Expedition EB 4X4 5.4 engine

I have an engine problem I think. When engine gets up to temperature the engine starts to being really rough. At idle it is not as bad but it still rough. This just happened all of a sudden.

I would start unplugging coils 1 at a time and then go from there coils often fail when they are hot

also does anyone have a secret way to change # 4 cylinder plug.

Also check the vacuum lines & elbows for cracks/deterioration. Smoke machine is perfect for easier check.
