I've got an 06 limited and the a/c hasn't been blowing cold. The compressor clutch wasn't engaging, so I checked the fuses and the relay and I found that the relay wouldn't click when the a/c was turned on or off, I took it out and tested it but the relay worked so I can only assume that it isn't getting any voltage. If you know what might be causing this I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know.

Have you pressure checked or had checked elsewhere for proper or partial charge. You have to have a certain refrigerant pressure for circuit to complete.
If any has leaked out beyond the lowest amount allowed, compressor will not engage.
