I am finally the victim of the infamous ford blunder from the plastic T-fitting rupture on the auxiliary hose. It ****** coolant all over the engine and now the A/C won't **** cold. The clutch engages when requesting cold air on MAX A/C.
I repaired the leak with metal fittings (both T and Y connectors) and returned the coolant levels to normal. I took 5 days to do so because of the auxiliary system.
Please note: I was the victim of fords' stupidity on the 1996 Mustang GT 4.6 coolant crossover duct on the intake manifold that was made of plastic. The mod was for ford to make the crossover metal. Ya woulda thought they learned their lesson on these newer models.
