Might just be the light on the board. I believe you can test all lights through ForScan. Let us know how that works out.

My 05 does not have a dash light for A4WD. I have owned this since 05 and don’t ever recall there being a light for that mode. There is a light for 4x4 mode.

Also no light on my 03 for A4WD. For 4high and 4lo, yes. But not for A4WD.
