Hello,
2003 Expedition EB w/climate control. Looking for a common link/part/circuit to test that controls both front and rear AC compressors to turn on. Both stopped working at same time. I have an intuition it is the EATC/DATC, though the DATC gets signals for the in-vehicle, ambient, and engine coolant temp sensor which could control. I also cannot get the self test to run.
Does anyone know whether these sensors are utilized only when the Auto button is selected? If I select say floor or vent with AC selected to ON, does it act like a manual setting?
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks
