My 2015 has 12 volt plug and cubby thing on passenger side also. Any advice on taking that panel with 12 volt plug and cubby thing off?? Hoping not to deal with airbag panel. I want to run power from 12 volt plug to top of dash, since I was able to get center tray out of the dash, which is not screwed in like the ones that have the speaker in center of dash.

this is a good start, removing the control panel gives you more room to work and allows you to see behind the 12V socket

Do you have the part number for the 400w f-150 connectors (orange or yellow and 3 blacks) that you wired in to the wpt-396 expedition pigtail?
