Hello all, I'm new here and this is my first post so my apologies in advance for any mistakes.
I have just purchased a 2013 Expy SSV XL with the 3rd row deleted and I would like to do a conversion to add a 3rd to it. Looking for any advice or tips on finding all the required parts and pieces to make this happen. Also wondering if there is any one in the Houston Texas area with a compatible truck looking to do the opposite so we could just trade parts. I am looking for a manual folding 3rd row in stone(grey) cloth. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Attached are pics of the current set up with part numbers

I could not post these in the conversation due to the two pictures.

1) Is your vehicle a standard length like XLT or extended like EL? Please provide depth of the entire rear compartment as per long blue arrow. (Picture 2)
2) In the picture below could you provide the width of the opening between the two arrows? (Picture 1)

1) can you measure the space between the lines in the picture? This is where the two forward most panels meet and is essentially dead space in that central measurement you can no longer make above Picture 1 question 2.

2) Can you measure the depth of the panel that covers the forward container?

3) Can you measure the depth of the panel that covers the center space?

4) Do you have a picture of the rear of that cover including bracketry?

Thanks

These are pictures of my third row seats. The stain I mentioned in our conversation is actually on the rear of the 2nd row center seat, not the 3rd row. The pictures show a couple surface stains, the worst on the rear 60% seat around the latch handle. I think these will easily come off. The car was detailed poorly at the dealer and I think stuff missed. The seat cushions themselves look pretty good, probably seldom used. As far as the D pillar trim. I think we should keep our own. Color match can be a problem due to UV. My Gen 1 (2001) has serious fading. There are paints (SEM) to correct this. You can drill yours for the seat belt top anchor. I will plug mine.

If you are still interested in doing either an outright sale of your 3rd row delete components or swap of with my seats and associated filler panel(s) please advise. An option is that we agree to a sale price of your stuff plus shipping to FL and you can buy my seats later at same price plus shipping to TX. I am curious about some measurements, but if the part numbers are OK compatibility is probably OK. I am also curious as to the attachment hardware of the "box". If same seat bolts are used or if a reducer is used in the body.

For reference I have made up a list (attached) of the seat delete/cargo box parts we have been discussing using FORD parts nomenclature. Their part numbers vary wildly but as long as we are in Gen 3 I think we are fine. There are four parts involved:

# 9 the single cover for the forward cargo compartment,
# 6 the filler panel that goes between the cargo cover and the jack/tool compartment cover,
# 3 the bracket that attaches and supports both the filler panel and the jack compartment cover. (I propose to trade you mine that has the carpeted seat filler with 60/40 split) and
# 5 the cargo box itself.

I know you are going to be busy, so no rush. Let me know when we can discuss details. Thanks Joe

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I may have a change of plans. The available net space under the middle panel looks to be a lot less than the 12 to 13 inches that I need for the width of a rather large mobile radio I have planned to use that hidden space. The cargo box aft wall screws down just about 9 inches from the rear support of the middle panel/jack cover. I will make some better evaluation after removing the 3rd row seats which I plan to do for a complete carpet detailing. I may have to go to plan B which eliminates all the OEM floor to instead a steel frame supporting plywood. Sorry. I had hoped this would work as it requires no fabrication. But the cargo box is pretty wasteful in depth.
