adding bluetooth to no sync auto

My wifes 2008 expy, has no sync or bluetooth option. I would like to buy my wife an adapter to make here new expy, bluetooth compatible. Her phone if it matters is a Nextel 8350i
I am looking at the following?

My 08 with factory NAV has "Mobile-Ease" in it. Works great, plays thru the factory stereo and even pauses the CD until your done talking. Not sure how much it costs or how hard it is to install as it was in my Expy when I bought it.
