Advice for high mileage 2012?

Thanks again FlyBry, for directing me to that FordTechMakuloco site. It's a whole course in 5.4 engine and drive train maintenance and repair. Kind of disappointing to see the differences between factory guidelines and some of Makuloko's recommendations and procedures, though. I'll go with Makuloco's more rigorous servicing.

When I began considering transitioning from my 2010 Limited EL to the new 4th Generation Ecoboost, between this site and FordTechMakuloco, it was an amazing learning curve. This site has many members witha wealth of knowledge.
