Any way to reset blend door actuators on 2016 Expedition?

Found I had a defective blend door actuator on the rear side of the AC. Plugged new one in and it cycled, but now will not line up to fit into the blend door. I think It may need to be reset back to factory center to install. Is there a procedure to reset this part? Saw a reset video on AC Delco, but nothing for the FoMoCo stuff. Thanks

When I replaced mine, you set the new one in place turn the key on and adjust the temperature up or down until the actuator lines up and falls into place.

Thanks for the info. Mine finally reset per the info you noted. They did not do so for several times, thus the original request. Once reset, they went right in. Thanks again!!
