Anyone modded EL rear windows to go all the way down?

Here's this 2007 EL in my driveway, and it's annoying that the rear windows don't go all the way down. Doesn't look like there should be anything in the doors that could be in the way.

Nobody is going to fall out!

It's to keep your kids inside. See if theirs a stop inside the window that can be removed or modified. Scary part is some kid must have rolled down the road in a 1940's car. Our 53 Ponac already had the limited windows way back then.
