Anyone running 285/55R20 with no lift?

Hi,
I want to upsize the tires and wheels on my wife's 2019 Expedition Max XLT 4wd. From my research, it looks like the 285's are wider than the stock tires but not really any taller. I'd be going with 20x8.5 wheels with 30mm offset. Anyone running 285/55R20 without doing a level or lift kit? Thanks

I just wanted to follow up since no one replied. I bought Cooper AT3 XLT tires in LT285/55R20 on Black Rhino wheels with +30mm offset and they fit just fine on my wife's Expedition. No rubbing on anything and she does not have any kind of lift or level. I'll try to post some pictures when I get time in case anyone else is considering going just a little bit larger than stock.

My stock tires are 285/45 R22.

Here is comparison from https://tiresize.com/comparison/. As you mentioned and confirmed, you should have no issues with rubbing or anything. They are nearly identical in all dimensions to my stock 22s.
