anyone using bluedriver obd2?

lights up but doesn't pair with my phone when on the expy.

works fine in the sports car.

 

I use one and it works fine. Engine has to be running for it to connect, though.

 

yes mine was running when i tried.

will fiddle around more and report back.

 

yup it was most likely interference.

works now on the expy.

 

no error codes, but of course absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.

it found something, now i think i know why it sometimes refuses to crank.

that 3rd fault is a clue.

 

Ramon do you have another key to try in the ignition? Or order a few on Amazon and have 'em cut locally and code to your Expy with ForScan.

i do have another one.

i still have both the original keys/fobs.

yes that is the next option once i am certain it is a failing key ID.

already studied the 8 times on/off procedure of pairing a new key.
