The Auxiliary Water Pump appears to be running regardless of the Climate Control setting, even when the AC is running at maximum. The pump is controlled by the Powertrain Control Modal (PCM). Has anyone ever heard of this problem? Is there a way to test the PCM to see if it is the problem? Thanks
