I replaced the two rear calipers and bled them successfully, but the two old fronts have seized up bleeders. Front brakes were OK and functioning before I started working on it.

Is it likely to be OK or do I really need to get them undone and complete the procedure?

Note: one of the rear calipers was messed up, spat out its piston when disassembled, and dripped out a significant amount of fluid.

PS at first it pumped out lots of air bubbles. Ended up bleeding out like 600-700 mL of fluid from the rear two calipers before it ran clean and bubble-free, if that information changes anything

For the sake of safety, it is recommended to get them undone and bled properly in order to ensure 100% and no surprises when you need them most. What you do is up to you.

Get 'em done before they get you done, for good....

brakes are one of those systems that MUST be properly maintained, unless of course, you actually enjoy having someone else's bumper or a random tree shoved up your nose....

'nuff said :D

Got em bled after all, not much air in there at all - couple tiny bubbles.

The "trick" was as simple as throwing a deep socket over the bleeder and giving it a gentle (!) pull.

I usually never use regular wrenches for anything and have forgotten just how much less effective those were.
