To answer your question about calibration, it is mentioned near the end of the video I'll link to. I pulled my fuse before I even started the replacement and manually turned the receptacle in the box to match the position of the notch of the drive gear in the actuator. I'll add that it likely should have been calibrated before you first used the replacement part. It may be possible that the replacement went out of range from not being calibrated and broke, but that is speculation. His video can be found at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFA57sTEtLU

I have a new Blend actuator for the passenger side front that has only two electrical pins but the original has 5 pins of 6 slots. Will this be an issue?
