That **** was awful, man but if you had power tools and honestly just break the majority of the plastic you'll be good. If you want to replace the blend door itself, you need to cut the plastic out by the glove box. I already had it fixed in ~2011 so I just went ahead and replaced it with a metal one, but I was also replacing the heater core. If I were not already replacing the heater core, there would be no touching the blend door for me
