Your title says "BLUE" smoke, which coming from the exhaust, usually indicates oil getting into the combustion chambers, via leaking seals, gaskets or piston rings....

However, WHITE smoke, if only seen for a moment after starting, is usually nothing to worry about as long as it goes away quickly. However, if it continues beyond a few moments, generally indicates some water, condensation, or coolant getting into the combustion chambers, in a similar manner as above....

Since you mentioned changing gas, perhaps the new stuff was contaminated with either water or oil or something else....maybe switch back to what you were using before & see if there is any difference....

Either way, you should NOT let it continue without having it looked at by a competent repair shop, as the needed repairs could be somewhat extensive AND expensive....

And where did you get "95" gas ? Usually 93 is the top grade available at most gas stations.....

The guy is from Kuwait.

ROW usually uses RON rating system vs. NA using AKI.

Ratings are usually:
95 RON = ~91
98 RON = ~93
100 RON = ~95

This is also why imported cars tend to specify using higher octane ratings (i.e. 91) here in NA as our top tier here is their low/mid tier there.

Smoke color plays a pretty big indicator.

As mentioned, white smoke is coolant getting into the combustion which would generally be a head gasket leak.

Thin white smoke quickly dissipating would just be condensation in the exhaust system that would blow out/burn off quick, but I don't think that should be a problem in Kuwait.

Blue/grey is oil burning in the combustion. Causes are piston rings, valve seals, or faulty turbos (blow by).

Black is rich fuel mixture.

Switching fuel grades should not have had any bearing on this. In fact given location and octane ratings, I would probably rule out bad gas. Need to get a scanner and pull the DTC's triggering that light.

Yea, but that won't fix the ROOT problem, but it should let the CE light go off for a while, until the leaking/excess oil contaminates the new sensor....then you will be "back to square 1" as they say...

And not getting the problem fixed for real will eventually cause your catalytic convertor to go poo poo also, and that my friend, is a VERY expensive repair ($1500-2500 !) :(

So in other words, be like the cable guy and "get 'er done" :D

That just looks like condensation in the exhaust system being boiled off by the hot exhaust gases.

^^THIS^^

Based on your video, that quick puff of smoke is not that unusual, but would warrant keeping an eye one for a while. If it becomes more frequent or increases in intensity/lasts more than a few seconds, then get to a repair shop quickly.

But for the moment, the important thing would be to have it scanned to get the code(s) for whatever is causing the CE light to come on, and then fix that issue first.

Note that in recent years, I have seen that with some cars, the CE light coming on is more because of a bad sensor somewhere, rather than anything serious actually being wrong or some component failing or getting ready to fail.

Good luck if you actually need any repairs, and please update us with whatever resolves the issue.. :)

This is the smoke .

They changed both turbo
They change O2 sensor

If the inside of the exhaust pipe is dark or black, then it could be oil or running too rich. If it's tan color you're good to go.
That looks like condensation, which is common. I have it here in Florida, in the morning.
Your O2 sensor error code has a recall, here in the states, that is also tied to pcm and temperature.
