Bluecruise Lane Centering not available

Wondering if anyone is having the same issue. Getting a message that lane centering is not available when i activate Bluecruise. I had it in to the shop and they replaced some led sensors. worked for awhile and then it stopped again. Took it back to ford dealer and the same part was ordered. this time when they installed the new part again it did not work. Dealership called Ford's hotline and i am waiting to hear back. 2024 Ford Expedition Platinum.

Did lane keep assist work without BC while driving on regular roads? Did BC work fine and then this issue started, or has this issue been around since you got the truck?
