Those are cool! Were the old ones giving you problems or are these better suited with your lift?

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you.

The old ones were almost shot as they had almost 200k old then the lift placed them at a very harsh angles that finished them off.

I wanted them powder coated because the florescent yellow would've been way more stunning but there wasn't a way to get the bushings out without destroying them and I couldn't find aftermarket replacements.

I ended up masking and painting then clear coating them. Eventually, I'll add blacklights under the fenderwells to make them pop at night.

I'll be doing the lowers in the same manner.

The FINAL result under a blacklight in a pitch black garage.

Paint on the lowers has begun. It was barely warm enough here in Fort Worth. I primered them about two weeks ago.

I decided to go with all 'Supreme' Mevotec parts.
Every part has a grease fitting and instead of rubber, silicone boots.

I went with KYB strut assemblies at all four corners because it's the top a matched set. Plus I've almost always done KYBs on my vehicles.

I just finished up the other side. Now to let them dry at least a week for clearcoat.
