That CCD comment increasing payload capacity is BS IMO. My 22 XLT has the standard suspension with the heavy duty tow package and I'm at 1795 lbs of payload. It is similar to that XLT truck except I don't have the pano roof which takes around 150 lbs of payload. The XLT should have around 1650 lbs payload IMO. I don't believe they made any suspension changes between 22 and 24 model years. The dealer sais
"As for the difference in payload between the XLT you reached out on and the Limited’s I’ve sent your way, the Expedition Limited has a continuously Controlled Damper with Sport tuned suspension. This electronically controlled suspension gives us the improved payload capacity. "
Is this the CCD W/SUSP ROAD PREVIEW 1,245.00 I see in the window sticker of the Limited model?

Maybe they sent the wrong payload sticker for the XLT one? Have them resend it with the VIN sticker above it like was done on the Limited one so you can see the VIN matches.
