First time poster and a novice DIY guy so please excuse my ignorance.

I just picked up a 2011 Expedition w/ 130K miles and the CEL is on. I ran a scan and a P0150 code came up (O2 Sensor, Bank 2 Sensor 1). The top 2 recommended fixes are to flash the PCM (powertrain control Module) and to change the affected O2 sensor. I have a couple of questions.

1/ is flashing the PCM necessary?

2/ should I change both upstream O2 sensors while I am at it? What about the downstream sensors?

3/ Also looking for recommendations for where to get O2 sensors and what brands to look for.

Thanks.

Thanks. Found this very helpful. Followed the article and it was my Oxygen sensor that was a problem. I changed the sensor and codes cleared.
