Cheapest HP gain?

I have a 2001 Eddie Bauer with the 5.4 I've done the Gotts mod and added a K&N filter. I drive it daily but also use it to pull my camper and boat. What would everyone do for the next step up in HP? I was thinking a cat-back exhast like a Gibson or so. Or would everyone go for a programmer first?

Go for the EDGE first, its fun and helpful , I wouldn't do aftermarket cat back, I'd do custom duals from good exhaust shop.

agree with canadian. get a programmer first, then get mufflers you want and have a local shop build the cat back for you. may want to get an xpipe as well.

The edge will also make the truck 'feel' stronger by firming up the shifts.

Some have separate settings for shift firmness and what not. I know EDGE incorporates it into their tunes directly.
