Cleaning and Detailing the Expedition

Hi guys today i wanted to share the cleaning of my Blue Metallic Expedition, So here it is

To wash the car I used Simoniz Wash & Wax.
The detailing products I used are Turtle Wax Super hard liquid shell and Autoglym Super Resin Polish.

Took around 3 hours-ish

Now She's all clean and shiny !!

Do your mirrors auto fold when it gets wet? Mine do and I thought it was from the fob being in my pocket locking the truck but I think it’s from the foam cannon.

Yes my mirrors fold and open whenever I sprayed water over the door handle I believe its caused by the keyless entry however this is the first truck that has done that when being washed and my previous vehicles also had keyless entry but they did not detect water as a sign to lock and unlock. I think a possible solution would be to unlock the truck first and then put the keyfob away from the truck but yet haven't tested if my theory is correct.

This does work. Unlock then take the keys elsewhere. I had the same problem last weekend.

I used a wash mitt for the body and sponge for the tires and side steps.
