Climate Control synced all the time

Can't seem to unsync the driver/passenger climate control. When set at different temps when vehicle is shut off, they are always synced back up when restarted. There is a "Sync Temp" button in the climate control dashboard which is unchecked, but still syncs up every time.

I believe that is normal (unfortunately)
