I would have to say that it is not. But depends if you want/need complete motor or not. I would likely offer them significantly less unless you really have to have it.
The largest value to me in it is the lightning supercharger assembly. The lightning motor does have forged low compression pistons and forged crank though many N.A. 5.4's came with forged cranks as well. But its weak link is the cracked powdered metal rods same as in the N.A. 5.4's. With some forged aftermarket rods its a pretty stout block.
