Our '25 Max Platinum Ultimate spent two weeks at the dealership because of the irritating vibration at highway speeds. They found three of the four tires to be out of spec and replaced all four. I've had it back for a week now and finally got some highway time in it and while the vibration is substantially reduced from before, it's still quite present at 75mph or above. And it's not like I'm just feeling harshness from the road because of the super low profile tires on the big wheels - there's a noticeable change as you approach 75 on a smooth highway and the vibration (almost like high frequency wind buffeting?) is suddenly present whereas below that speed it's almost glass smooth.
Has anyone been successful in getting this truly addressed and resolved? This vehicle should be a joy to drive on long trips and soak up the miles, and this vibration is really killing the overall vehicle experience (which is exceptional if not for the vibration).
I'm going to get in touch with the dealership again next week, I'm just curious as to what others have done or do I just have to live with a vehicle that I can't drive at 75+?
