Coolant temp while towing

Bought my 2019 Platinum with the HD tow package to replace my bullet-proofed 6.0 Excursion.
Question for those that tow, are you reaching 230 degrees for your engine coolant temp?
Trans temp is pretty solid at 215.

70-75mph cruising mostly flat plane.
24’ v-nose enclosed trailer
~6800lbs loaded trailer weight.
60 degrees ambient temp.

Yeah we see it climbing hills. It is much more pronounced when I am throttling it trying to keep it in gear. The turbos are howling more which I believe is leading to hot water temps. If I am more aggressive with the throttle and or use cruise control it downshifts more and in turn keeps it cooler.

My coolant temp also creeps up on long inclines or steep hills. I've never seen it get higher than 234 or so. I've gotten my transmission temp into the high 230s on slow, steep, winding mountain roads while towing ~7800lbs.
